Delete your account and data

App: Repslot (com.repslot.app)

You can request deletion of your Repslot account and associated data at any time, in two ways.

1. From the app (instant)

• Open Repslot, then go to Profile > Delete account.
• Confirm the deletion (with your password, or via Google depending on your sign-in method).
• Your account and personal data are deleted immediately.

2. By email (if you can no longer access the app)

• Email dpo@repslot.com from your account's email address, with the subject "Account deletion".
• We process your request within 30 days (GDPR, art. 17) and send a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

3. What is deleted

• Your account (email address and authentication) and your display name.
• Your profile, statistics, XP, coins and medals.
• Your group memberships, sessions and personal contributions.

4. What is retained

• Anonymized team contributions: some contributions to team workouts are kept in anonymized form (your name and ID are removed) so the workout history of other team members is not altered.
• Pseudonymous technical data (usage analytics, crash reports): retained for the periods stated in the Privacy Policy (up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for crash reports).
• Data that may be required by legal obligations (e.g. accounting), where applicable.

5. Timing

• Deletion from the app: immediate.
• Email request: within 30 days.
